一星期5天運動近照
腰部還是最難減~!!!
手臂減得幾好~~
體重還是在43.5(95.7磅)至45公斤(99磅)徘徊~~~
如鄭見燕所說,
唔好成日磅重~~
我覺得真係唔太準~~
最近多了做墊上操,好想減下身多點呢~
